WHAT IS THE WHOLESALE MOQ?
Wholesale quantities are ordered by case. Case quantities vary by SKU.
DO I NEED A SELLER'S PERMIT OR RESALE CERTIFICATE?
OTK may require a valid seller's permit and/or resale certificate as part of wholesale business verification. These documents are reviewed separately from checkout tax treatment.
DO VERIFIED DOCUMENTS GUARANTEE TAX-FREE ORDERS?
No. Business verification and tax collection are separate. OTK may change checkout tax collection in the future based on its store configuration and applicable requirements.
CAN ONLINE SELLERS APPLY?
Yes. Online sellers may apply if they operate a verifiable, independently controlled retail channel, such as a company-owned website. Marketplace-only businesses are not currently eligible under our wholesale terms.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE WHOLESALE PRICING?
Approved wholesale accounts receive access to applicable wholesale pricing and ordering options.
