Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies primarily to purchases made directly through the OTK website.

30-Day Return Window

Eligible return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be considered for a return, an item should generally be in substantially the same condition in which it was received and include components, accessories, and packaging where reasonably applicable. Proof of purchase, order information, and details about the item may be required. Returned products may be reviewed before a refund is approved.

How to Request a Return

Contact OTK before returning merchandise. Please provide your order number, the relevant item(s), and a brief explanation of the request. Do not send merchandise back before receiving return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact OTK promptly. OTK may request photographs, order information, packaging information, or other details needed to review the issue. OTK will determine an appropriate resolution after reviewing the circumstances.

Ineligible Returns

Items may be ineligible for return where a return request is made outside the applicable return period, where they do not meet the applicable return requirements, show signs of use or damage not caused by shipment or fulfillment, or otherwise cannot reasonably be accepted under the circumstances. Merchandise returned without following OTK's instructions may require additional review and may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

Return-shipping instructions, if a return is approved, will be provided by OTK. Responsibility for return-shipping costs, where applicable, depends on the circumstances of the request and will be communicated during the return process.

Refund Processing

After an approved return is received and reviewed, OTK will notify the customer of the refund status. Any approved refund is generally issued to the original payment method. Refund timing may vary based on the payment provider, bank, and payment method.

Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are handled according to the circumstances of the order and return request. Original shipping charges are not automatically refundable unless required by applicable law or otherwise confirmed by OTK.

Exchanges

Availability of an exchange depends on the item, inventory, and circumstances of the request. OTK may provide instructions for an exchange where appropriate, but an exchange is not guaranteed.

Order Cancellations

Contact OTK as soon as possible if you need to request cancellation of an order. A cancellation may no longer be possible after fulfillment or shipment has begun.

Third-Party Marketplace Purchases

Purchases made through Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or another third-party marketplace are generally subject to that marketplace's return and refund process. Customers should normally initiate a return or refund through the platform where the transaction was completed. This Refund Policy primarily governs direct purchases from the OTK website.
